OUR BUSINESS

The Fiscal Planning Corporation is a new concept in an organization designed to serve the needs of a growing group of clients. We provide fiscal planning products designed to assist business owners and managers, entrepreneurs and wealthy individuals to legally reduce their tax obligations and to retain the maximum possible returns from their investments and their work.

We are also able to attain a high level of expertise in both Canadian and international tax matters through an extensive network of individuals who have very high levels of knowledge and skill in their fields.

The Fiscal Planning Corporation has developed a group of products that offer solutions to problems that we have discovered are common to many of the people we see as potential clients. This group of products is growing as new problems are solved. In addition, through our network of expert professionals, we are also able to refer clients to domestic and international experts in tax to solve problems unique to individual taxpayers.

OUR METHODS

The Fiscal Planning Corporation acts primarily as a consulting resource to advisors, such as financial planners, accountants, and lawyers who are assisting the end users of our products. When such an advisor is seeking an optimum solution to the needs of a client, we will provide a sophisticated and expert resource. On occasion we will meet and work first with the end user of our products, but suggest that such a person involve advisors in the evaluation of the product and the decision to use it.

OUR FEES

Because we are selling a developed product, we are able to keep our fees very simple. Fees are either set at a fixed amount for each product or will be varied according to the size of the transaction. The total fee for each transaction will be set in advance of the transaction, though disbursements and GST, which are separate from the fee, will be charged in addition. In all cases, the fee and estimated disbursements and GST are to be paid in advance, in trust, to be applied against the transaction.
